Shipping policy

A flat delivery charge rate applies for all orders no matter how large or small your order. For domestic orders sent within Australia the cost is $8.95 for standard delivery and $14.95 for Express Post. For countries other than Australia refer to the shipping rates shown at checkout.

We offer free shipping on orders above $99 to Australia, New Zealand and Canada as well as UK for orders over £49.(amount calculated on goods cost only in local currency and does not include taxes or other fees and charges if any) 

Our standard flat rate postage offer applies to all orders under therse amounts.

All orders are dispatched with Australia Post and tracking is included on all orders.

Orders are normally dispatched daily Monday to Friday, except Victorian Public Holidays.

All orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days, on a first in, first out basis.

Please note, Express Post does not mean priority packing, it is a priority postage service.
